I’ve been interviewing people for 20 years, so I know exactly what interviewers are thinking.

I’m also here to rid the world of bad CVs. I can’t help it - I’ve seen so many that simply don’t do justice to great candidates, and it has to stop!
I usually run these sessions for:
Organisations wanting to develop their staff.
Organisations making redundancies who want to support their staff.
Anyone who wants 1-to-1 careers advice.

I run practical sessions using all my years of real-world experience.

It’s my job to help people understand how to sell themselves properly, and to give insights into how recruiters and interviewers make decisions.

Careers coaching

I run these sessions for organisations or for individuals, online or in person. My advice is always based on the challenges of the people attending, so I can put their best interests first.

As with all my sessions, I can tailor them to cover some or all of these key themes.
